The Creighton Elementary School District is asking voters this November 5 to approve an $85 million bond to fund needed renovations, remodeling, upgrades and improvements to district schools over the next eight years.

Bond Details

  • Rebuild one school.
  • Construction or renovation of school buildings to include the replacement of dilapidated structures.
  • General and preventative maintenance on all buildings.
  • Replacement of major systems that have failed, become unsafe, or outlived their useful lives with more energy efficient models.
  • District-wide safety and security improvements and upgrades.
  • Improvements to school grounds.
  • Furniture, technology, and equipment to replace or supplement worn out, unsafe, or outdated items.
  • Energy savings solar and shading project.
  • Purchase air conditioned, electric school buses to replace vehicles in the Creighton fleet that are past their useful life.

What happens if this bond fails?

If the bond does not pass, Creighton School District will not be able to replace, renovate or upgrade facilities and current sites will move toward disrepair.

This bond will not increase your property tax rate and is a down payment on our students’ future. Please vote YES to approve the Creighton Elementary School District bond.
